Northwest Aerials Ltd offer a range of services, to cater for both terrestrial and satellite TV services within the Domestic sector. These services include general service repairs, tv systems, multi-point (multi room) systems, TV wall mounting and new installations for Freeview TV, Freesat TV and Sky TV.  

 

As well as undertaking new installations, we can look to attempt a repair on your existing TV equipment. Whether that be on your TV Aerial or Satellite Dish. If a service call repair is possible we will look to resolve the issue on the day. This could consist of an auto or manual retune, realignment of the TV aerial or satellite dish, or reconfiguration of the existing distribution.

 

An on site assessment can be undertaken by our engineer to determine the extent of the signal issue. From there, we can advise and quote on site for the necessary installation works. If approved, we can commence with the vast majority of jobs on the same day while already on site. 

 

We also offer more advanced forms of installations, to cater for TV systems or multi-point systems within a property. These system installations can accommodate for Freeview TV, Freesat TV and Sky TV individually or a combination of all these services to be distributed to a number of TV distribution points. Our engineers will be available to discuss and advise on the best solution to suit your requirements.

We have a number of committed, loyal and trustworthy engineers who all have the necessary qualifications and certifications to undertake your installation. We are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries, meaning all our engineers have to meet the industry standard set by our governing body. The equipment used on all our installations also has to be of a high standard and meet the necessary industry criteria. Our engineers have all passed the ECS Health and Safety course, which is an industry examination, taken by each engineer every 2-3 years. In addition, we are also an approved safe contractor. Therefore, you can rest assured that all precautions will be considered and the engineers will work safely when on site.
