What does a service repair include?

Our standard service call fee on domestic properties consists of our site visit, time on site, testing, diagnostics and repairs when possible without the supply and or installation of new equipment.

If you are experiencing issues with your terrestrial or satellite TV signal then there may be a solution by undertaking a service repair on the existing equipment. Should the aerial or satellite TV equipment on your property be repairable and the issue can be rectified without parts, our engineers will undertake a service repair to restore the correct TV signal.

 

Generally, faults that can be repaired within a our standard service call visit consist of realignment of an existing TV Aerial or Satellite Dish, re-tuning of any existing TV's or the reconfiguration of the existing internal distribution.
