Your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, we have compiled this Privacy Policy in order to inform our customers what information Northwest Aerials Limited collects from you, how and when it may be collected and what happens to it.

COVID-19 SERVICE PROTOCOL

Northwest Aerials Ltd has always taken the health and safety of its employees and customers extremely seriously. Since the start of lock down Northwest Aerials Ltd reduced the amount of calls and mainly concentrated on commercial properties.

​

Now that the government has relaxed some of its rules and personal protection equipment (PPE) has become available, we are now starting to enter domestic properties with our strict guidelines.

​

Here is a short video explaining how we go about this from start to finish.

The Phone Call

​

When you book a job in with Northwest Aerials Ltd, we will ask you a series of questions so that we can asses the health of you and your family.

​

  • Are you or any member of your household self-isolating?

  • Have you or any of your household been unwell in the last 14 days?

  • Are you or any members of your household shielding?

​

​

If the answer to the shielding question is yes, we are really sorry but we will not be able to do any works inside your property. We can however still carry out repairs to the outside.

​

We will also ask you to adhere to the following measures;

​

  • To make sure all access points into the house up to the point of work are open.

  • That windows are opened in the work area 30 minutes prior to arrival of our engineer to allow for ventilation.

  • That any furniture, cabinets and TV stands are moved so we can access with our tools. 

​

The least amount we have to touch in your property means keeping you safe.

On Arrival

​

On our engineers arrival to site, we will talk to you at a safe social distance outside the property and discuss all of your requirements. Once you are happy, we will then complete the outside work. We will ask that you remain inside the property while this is done.

Inside The Property and Personal Protective Equipment.

​

We will ask that the social distancing protocol be adhered to and a safe distance be kept from our operative and the resident. If you can stay in another room while our engineer completes any internal works this will keep us all safe. If you can’t do this, we would ask you to wear a mask.

 

Our engineers have been given personal protection equipment to keep both you and our engineer as safe as possible. This consists of the following;

  • Disposable Latex Gloves

  • Facemask

  • Face Visor

  • Hand Sanitiser Gel

  • Disinfectant Spray

  • Disposable Paper towels.

Payment

 

We are still taking all forms of payment. If you wish to pay by card you can contact the office on completion whilst our engineer is on site.

Cleaning and Sanitising

 

On completion, our engineers will dispose or clean down their personal protection equipment and their service vehicle ready for our next customer.
